For managing our personnel in the field, we are looking for a collaborating foreman. Our new colleague likes to work outdoors and likes to get things done. Command of the Dutch or English language is preferred.

The collaborating foreman manages the five people in the field, but also tackles all available work himself. From cultivating and tending plants to harvesting flowers, our new employee works mostly outdoors, knows what is going on and rolls up his own sleeves.
